Morning Use of Privilege Hydrating Toner:1. With gentle patting movements, a cotton pad or hands, you need to apply a tonic on the neck and face, while first cleaning your face with water or Privilege Milk Cleanser.
2. Gently apply tonic on the cheeks, forehead, then on the chin and nose. In the neck, movements should be directed from the bottom up to the chin.
Privilege Hydrating Toner is not used for makeup in the area around the eyes. For sensitive skin, apply an interval of 15-30 minutes between applying Hydrating Toner moisturizing facial toner and Privilege serums.
